Message For A Christening

Conveyances in England (Armelle and Anaïs)

This article presents the different vehicles in England. There are several vehicles in both England and France of course but they are sometimes different from ours.

The Eurotunnel

the Eurotunnel is a train that transports vehicles all kinds and even buses! It is used to cross the English Channel. There are about 2 hours waiting to go to the French border to the English border. It must not be claustrophobic ...

The double-decker bus

There are two kinds of double-decker bus, there is the bus with the roof open and bus with roof closed. The bus with open top is very handy when it's nice because you can visit the site by taking pictures outside.

Cars

There, there a kind of car we often see is the sports car!

In England they drive on the left and the driver is on the right while in France it is to the left.

Police cars

There are several police cars, there are large but also smaller. When there is an accident, the police are walking their alarms and there it feels like Miami! The sirens are much noisier than in France and make a deafening noise. There are also plenty of police trucks and there are also police boats.

Ambulances

Often they are trucks of all sorts of colors. They may be yellow as white. Ambulances, one sees everywhere! One would think that only accidents. There are also motorcycle ambulances.

Taxis

While there are taxis everywhere! There are advertising or decorations on the body. There can be landscapes, colors or animals ...

lights at the roundabout

There are lights at the roundabout for a circulation most appropriate.

Bus stops

I ls are placed in the opposite direction to the road. Indeed, as it rains a lot in England, it prevents people who are waiting for the bus splashed!

Ferry

The ferry is a huge boat in which there are hundreds of cars, buses, a cafeteria, bar, lounges, games rooms, shops, etc.. We took to cross the Channel to return to France while in the round we had taken the Eurtonnel. The crossing took about 1:30.
